The government of Ukraine is changing for the third time in as many years because the two parties of the current coalition can't get along. Our favorite guy, Yuschenko, accused his erstwhile partner, Tymoshenko of selling out to those who want closer relations with Russia which would probably be about 40% of the population or so in a nation whose population is 40% ethnic Russian. Free advice for Barak Obama and John McCain - and anyone else in Washington who cares to listen: It might be good to wait until the citizens of Ukraine  develop a consensus on this whole NATO thing before we bring them into the treaty. Wonks Anonymous does not think that they are there yet.
