Pirates have been flourishing along the Horn of Africa. Does our current president even know where this is? They take over ships passing to or from the Suez Canal, Russian freighters full of weapons, Saudi oil tankers and so on.

They operate out of Somalia and the "government" that we established with the help of Ethiopia appears to be powerless to do anything about them. No surprise there, our clients have always been rather helpless which is why we are always rescuing them.

Meanwhile the US Navy is busy in the Persian Gulf facing down heavily armed Iranian gunboats. Not to worry India has decided start fighting the pirates and has captured one of their supply ships. Someone is on this one, just not the imperial power of the world.

This is not meant as a slight on our Navy. I am sure they are itching for a chance to do something real. They just have this little problem with the Commander in Chief.
