Wonks Anonymous best guess is that about 10% of Californians who had employer provided health insurance lost their insurance, and probably their jobs, in November.
If things continue at this rate, health care reform may not have to deal with the employer provided segment of the health insurance market. Which turns out to not be such a good thing after all.

I am having trouble with this entry. Since I am not from California and don't follow the state and local news there, I don't have a clue what this means. If it's about one of the propositions, the only one covered in much detail Prop. 8.
This is my best guess based on what I see in the California Health Insurance market. I expect that it is happening al over the country. I have my sources.
