Legalize Freedom

So Libertarians are noted for their support for legalization of drugs. They argue, correctly in the opinion of Wonks Anonymous that people who smoke pot and so on do no damage to society and their recreation should be of no concern to society.

At the same time, please correct Wonks Anonymous if he is in error, Libertarians are also strong believers in the doctrine of at will employment. This would be the assertion that the employer is free to hire or fire workers for any reason, good or bad.

So where do Libertarians stand when an employer decides to run random urine tests for pot - tests that are not designed to detect current intoxication but mere use sometime in the past month?

Do they defend the employee's right to conduct that has no impact whatever on the employer or do they defend the employer's unrestricted right to employ whom he pleases and thereby place severe restrictions on behavior outside of the workplace?

If they side with the employer then how meaningful is freedom? In a Libertarian Utopia, with large and powerful corporations, aren't we just changing one set of masters for another?

I think that it may be bait and switch practiced on unsuspecting potheads.
