From what Wonks Anonymous has read, $2 trillion is about the right number for the initial shock. without taking multipliers into account.

Where Wonks Anonymous comes from $2 trillion minus $789 billion is $1.2 trillion. It really does seem that they are not giving the president enough to work with here
