Another weekend almost half gone and Wonks Anonymous wonders where it is going what with awakening at ten to six to help his little one through some bad dreams and then again at eight for breakfast and so on and then off to the little one's school to help in the garden, meanwhile wondering at the sad state of Wonks Anonymous own garden.

But Wonks Anonymous does have an idea.

Really most of us with small children do not get a whole lot of time for ourselves because when we do have them in daycare we are off catering to the whims of our bosses/clients so as to earn money and then on the weekends we are out there entertaining the little darlings. Putting DVDs in the home entertainment center and opening new bags of Cheetos and so on.

What we need is a preschool that is open on Saturdays. You could pop the little dears off on Saturday morning and do all of the household chores or get in those reports that you have to do by Monday and would probably have done when the dears were in bed.

Besides which it would probably get the little ones used to the future they face when the US achieves a true competitive optimum and everyone is working a six day week to be sure that the rich finally have enough.
