Investment In Ignorance

The thirty plus years of neglect of California's educational system that followed the passage of Proposition 13 are paying off. Recent surveys show that our beloved voters want to keep lower property taxes, the super majority rule for budgeting and the initiative process that allows them to mandate new spending by a simple majority.

They also think that we could have pre-proposition 13 public services if we just cut "waste and fraud" or maybe deported all of the illegals.

Score one for the radical right. Maybe as the state approaches the general level of Mexico all of the illegals will depart.
