Wonks Anonymous was slightly cheered this morning to hear that Howard Dean is opposed to the health care monstrosity that is making its way out of the Senate.

Considering the Easter Eggs that are probably buried in the huge bill before the Senate and the general lack of regulation, Wonks Anonymous does not think that it is worth the risk. He agrees with Dr. Dean.

He notes that the usual suspects, including Brad DeLong, are telling us that this is the best that we can hope for.
